Oris Dancers smashed our 2025 showcase at the Theatre Royal in July!! We celebrated the end of the school year with a brilliant performance featuring different styles of music – Disco, Pop, Musical Theatre, Classical, and Country.
Our 4 and 5 year olds’ Preparatories class weren’t the only ones making their debut appearance. We were joined by a number of older children, and adults who got on stage for the very first time. Not only did a few of our adult tap group enjoy their first performance, our ‘cowboys’ (a group of dads who bravely volunteered to take to the stage) received one of the biggest rounds of applause for their take on the country and western classic, ‘Take Me Home County Road.’
From our tiny tots to our young-at-heart 80-something tappers, we were proud to bring the whole Oris Dance family together for a fun filled afternoon, making memories that will stay with us for a lifetime.
Well done to everyone who took part, and a big thank you to our 550-strong audience whose generosity through ticket sales made the day possible.
Plans are already in place for our 2026 end of year showcase where we’ll be once again partnering with our friends at the St Helens Theatre Royal. See you there?
