From toddlers finding their feet and children perfecting their hobby, to adults rediscovering the joy of movement to music…we’ve a class for everyone.
We offer both a Toddler and a Preschool stage dance class to kick off your little ones’ dance journey and prepare them for our main school.
Our main school’s lively stage dance classes are bursting with enthusiastic dancers from Primary school age to young adults.
Dancing’s not just for kids. From twenty-somethings to young-at-heart grandparents; let’s get you moving!
Little Oris Dance is the arm of Oris designed especially to introduce our littlest dancers to the magical world of dance and movement to music. Toddler Ballet and Preschool classes, up to around age 4.5 meet on Saturday mornings. Little Oris is a fun and relaxed environment for your little one to experience their first classes whilst enjoying the security of a parent or carer by their side.
Introduce your little star to the magical world of dance and movement to music.
This class is suitable for little ones from around 12 months (walking is beneficial but parents are welcome to carry their little ones if they’re not yet confident on their feet) to approx. 3 years.
Saturdays 8:45-9:15am, St Julie’s
Children of age 3 (or whenever they’re getting more comfortable joining in a class without as much help from a parent) to approx. 4.5 will enjoy an introduction to stage styles of dance (modern, tap, ballet).
This class is packed with dance but also fun activities, props, and games. And parents can still stay and watch.
Saturdays 9:15-9:45am, St Julie’s
Children and teens dance classes run on Saturdays at St Julie’s Church Hall.
Classes are divided into age groups and children learn stage styles of dance – modern, tap and ballet. We often practise additional styles such as street, contemporary and acro, plus pointe work for oldest dancers.

Our adult classes are a blend of dance and fitness…work out without realising it.
Come along to one of our friendly, fun classes, meet like-minded people and get moving. All abilities are welcome. And we range in age – from members in their twenties, to young-at-heart 80-somethings! We know life’s busy as an adult so book for individual sessions as and when you can attend, or enjoy a discount when booking an entire 6-7 week term.
Workout without realising! Get that that body moving, heart rate pumping, and calories burning – all while having a good giggle!
In this class we don’t worry too much about perfect placement. Bring your own style and if you love a good boogie, you’ll probably be having so much fun (and concentrating on remembering your steps) you won’t even realise you’re exercising!
Wednesdays 6:45 – 7:30PM @ St Julie’s Church Hall
Ever wonder how ballerinas get so toned? It’s because they do ballet everyday! In this class we use some of the principles of ballet to create repetitive sequences that tone, loosen, stretch and improve flexibility and balance.
It’s a low-medium impact workout that you can really feel working as we move in the centre, at the barre, and on the floor. No buns or leotards needed (unless of course you want to wear them!).
Wednesdays 7:30 – 8:15PM @ St Julie’s Church Hall
Definitely a class for those who don’t take themselves too seriously, tap is a workout for body and mind. Not only do we often get a sweat on and have that lovely little burn the next day that lets you know you’ve done some exercise, remembering all those steps and rhythms is a challenge for the brain too!
We have a good giggle and tap to lots of different styles of music. There’s normally also an annual opportunity to get on stage (but that’s not compulsory if it’s not your thing!).
